I’m so excited to work with you! I will arrive 25-30 minutes early prior to time of performance to set up equipment. It would be great if you can make sure I have a parking place close as I have quite a bit of equipment to transport and set up to make your show spectacular!
In order to make the event more magical, it is important that the guests not be in the area while I am setting up!
Video taping and/or taking flash pictures of the performance is highly encouraged, as long as it is not used for commercial purposes.
DUE TO MY HEAVY PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE THE PROGRAM MUST BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE AGREED UPON TIME. In addition, the party must begin at least 30 minutes prior to show start time to help insure everyone has arrived.
You will be getting one final email from me asking for a photo of the birthday child. You can attach it as a reply to that email or email one seperately. The photo is best if it is of just just them ( like a school photo) but any photo where they are the focus of the picture is fine.
